In this workshop, Eric will share insights from his extensive Board experience, highlighting the importance of collaboration between Executive Directors, Board members and staff. Eric is a Sacramento-based coach and consultant who loves supporting and encouraging leaders of non-profit organizations. He works with The Leadership Connection, Next Step Coach, and The Barnabas Group. He has years of experience as a corporate executive at a Fortune 10 company, a business coach, and an executive pastor. His coaching focuses on leader development, succession planning, budgeting/ fundraising, and Board support.

With over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, Marcie also holds a bachelor’s degree from Purdue and her Masters in HRD from Villanova. Marcie enjoys volunteering in the greater Sacramento community with a variety of organizations.
