The Alliance
1. Appoint a Representative to:

Attend Alliance Events to promote your Business

2. Agree to financially partner with The Alliance
Professional Membership Dues are on a sliding scale. We also offer a 50% discount to new members on their first year of dues!

Single Practitioner Organizations

$300/year or $25/month ($150 for the first year)

Organizations with Multiple Practitioners

$600/year or $50/month ($300 for the first year)

3. Fill out the following application

Once your application has been reviewed, our team will send you a Welcome E-mail explaining how to take advantage of all your Membership Benefits

4. Finalize your application by submitting Member Dues
